01 · Story
Started with $600 and a better idea.
I started Youtech in 2012 with $600, a computer science degree, and a simple belief: working with a marketing agency shouldn't be painful.
I'd seen too many agencies overcomplicate the process, underdeliver, and leave clients wondering where their money went. So I built one around transparency, accountability, great people, and measurable results.
Today Youtech has more than 120 employees across Chicago, Dallas, and Scottsdale, and has helped generate more than $10 billion in sales for clients ranging from privately held businesses to PE-backed and publicly traded companies.
Building a company from nothing taught me how to sell when nobody knows your name, how to build a team from the ground up, how to protect culture while scaling, and how to navigate both the hard years and the great ones. Through You Capital, I put those lessons to work alongside other business owners.
Awards and titles have never been the goal. I like building companies, solving hard problems, and surrounding myself with ambitious people who want to accomplish things that aren't easy.
